The fall TV season hasn’t even begun yet, and the networks are already plotting their next moves. Take the links to see more of what’s in development for next season and beyond:
Sea-S-I: ABC has picked up “CSI” producer Jerry Bruckheimer’s drama pilot about Navy Seals and their families.
Bidding War: After fielding several offers, NBC has won out in the fight for Sarah Silverman’s pilot in which she would play a woman stepping back into the dating pool after a long-term relationship.
Fashion Monsters: “Angel” and “Dollhouse writers have sold “Beautiful Girls” to FOX, which is soap set in the world of the cosmetics industry.
Strong Females: FOX has also given a put pilot order to a new female-led spy drama, which hails from “Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles” creator Josh Friedman. The network recently passed on his pilot “Locke & Key.”
Back on the Small Screen: Steve Harvey is developing a talk show based on his recently published self-help book.
The Old West: TNT has picked up a new drama pilot “Gateway,” about a small town dealing with a corrupt cattle baron in 1880s Colorado, on a cast-contigient basis.
