With so many new and returning shows coming this fall, there have been a lot of new characters being added. Here are some of the big casting scoops:

It’s a “The Nanny” reunion! Charles Shaughnessy, who played Maxwell Sheffield opposite Fran Drescher for years, will guest star on the season finale of “Happily Divorced.” [The Futon Critic]

CBS‘s “A Gifted Man” gains “Law & Order: SVU” vet. [TVLine]

“Mad Men”‘s Jon Hamm joins “Arrested Development” alums in 5 episodes of “The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret”‘s second season. [Digital Spy]

Greg Grunberg (“Heroes”) and “Weeds”‘s Linsday Sloane to star in “Psych” faux dating reality show episode. John Rhys-Davies (“Game of Thrones”) will also guest star. to guest on  season 6. [TVLine, Boomtron]
